tmsae (the "Company") values the personal information of users of the FutsalMoa app (the "Service") and complies with the Personal Information Protection Act (개인정보 보호법) and other applicable laws and regulations. This Policy explains what information the Company collects and why, how long it is retained, and what rights users have.

Information used for invitation link matching (such as IP addresses) is used solely to match which link was tapped, and is not used to identify users or for advertising. It is deleted immediately once matched on the app's first launch, and even if no match is made, it is automatically deleted after 2 hours. The Company may turn off this feature at any time.
The Company does not provide users' personal information to third parties. However, due to the nature of the Service, the following information is displayed to members of the same team or to related users.

Cross-border transfers take place over the network when the Service is used, and the retention period is the same as in Section 2 above. Users may refuse the cross-border transfer; however, in that case, use of the Service will be difficult.
When the retention period ends or the purpose has been achieved, personal information is destroyed without delay. Electronic files are deleted using methods that make them unrecoverable.
The Service is not directed at children under the age of 14, and if the Company becomes aware that a user is under the age of 14, the relevant information will be deleted.
Data access is restricted by security rules to the user and their team members only, data in transit is encrypted (HTTPS), and access by operator accounts is kept to a minimum.

If this Policy changes, notice will be posted in the app or on this page starting 7 days before the effective date. Changes that materially affect users' rights will be announced 30 days in advance.
